This is our second home we have now purchased with the help of Jack Nendel. I recommend him to everyone! Our last purchase was a short sale, and it went flawlessly and very fast! fue un proceso donde aprendi mucho como primer comprador. cosas que dia con dia fui aprendiendo . preguntas que jack iba respondiendo y esplicando dia a dia. siendo primer es no solo comprar y ya sino es un proceso donde al mismo tiempo va acer un estudio donde uno va a aprender . por ultimo primeros compradores hay muchas cosas que deven aprender y entender al 100%. sino preguntan y se informan pueden salir cosas a ultima hora.

I don't think anyone knows downtown Long Beach as well as Jack. He was my agent when I bought my condo in downtown Long Beach. Not being familiar with the area, his knowledge on the history of the buildings was invaluable. Jack was very patient with me and showed me many properties before I finally found the one I bought.
